ScreenMaster
FAQ

Question: There are two Compact Flash Kits available, the GR2000-0700 and the GR2000-1700. What is the difference between these two Compact Flash kits?

Answer: The ScreenMaster Compact Flash kits are electronically the same. The difference is in the chassis design which was changed around April 2002. The earlier model has a solid lower chassis in which the Compact Flash assembly would slide into and is secured by a screw on each side of the chassis. This version of ScreenMaster requires the GR2000-0700.

The newer design (Manufactured after April 2002) has a removable chassis bottom in which the Compact Flash assembly is mounted to. This design is far easier to upgrade than the earlier model. This version of ScreenMaster requires the GR2000-1700.

The Images shown below is a side-by-side comparison of the two Compact Flash assemblies.
